ASIC verification has a scheduled outage on Friday 15 August 8:00 pm to Saturday 16 August 5:00 pm (Canberra time).  

During this outage:

• Searches made on the PPSR against an ASIC identifier may not return the name associated with the identifier.  
• Registrations made against an ASIC identifier may not record the name associated with the identifier on the verification statement for the registration.

The absence of the name associated with the ASIC identifier from a PPSR search certificate or verification statement does not affect the status of those documents, and no refunds will be available in those circumstances. 

ASIC verification is currently not available.    

We are currently working to resolve the issue.
