Important Notice - ASIC verification

The Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) has a planned outage on Sunday 5 October 2025 from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm (Canberra time).

During this outage:

  • PPSR searches using an ASIC identifier may not return associated names
  • PPSR registrations using an ASIC identifier may not include associated names.

Please note: The absence of the name associated with the ASIC identifier from a PPSR search certificate or verification certificate does not affect the data on the PPSR in relation to security interests. The PPSR does not provide refunds when ASIC information is not available.

    Request search certificate

    Users can request a search certificate below by specifying a search number. Users can also specify a registration number and a change number along with the search number. Search results will be displayed for the entered search number if the user has the permission to retrieve the results.

    The search number entered does not exist.  Please recheck the number entered. See Get a copy of a PPSR search result for more information.

    Specified whole number value for the change number must be provided and it must be greater than zero and less than or equal to 999999999999999999
    PPSR registration number must be entered when Change number is also entered
