If you are a first-time user, you must create a Secured Party Group (SPG) before you can complete your registration. A SPG contains all of the important information about the secured party (seller, owner, lessor, lender, consignor or financier) in a PPSR registration.
Creating a SPG will take approximately 10-20 minutes depending on if your SPG needs to include one or several secured parties.
You will receive a secured party group number and an access code by email to the email address for service.
You must activate the SPG before you can create a registration. You can do this by clicking the link in the access code email.
Make sure you store the access code in a secure location as any user who has the access code will be able to view, modify and discharge any registration belonging to that secured party group.
